Knäckebröd with tuna salad

This amazingly quick and simple tuna salad loves a piece of knäckebröd. Eat it as part of the lunch or serve as part of a canape or snack. And you should also try the ultimate tuna sandwich by spreading it between two pieces of toast with some lettuce!

Covers about 3-4 knäckerbröd

Ingredients

1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Crème Fraîche or Sour Cream
1/2 can/ 90 gr. of Tuna (in water, not oil!)

Chives
Lemon juice

Preparation

– Mix the mayonnaise with the crème fraîche and season to taste with some salt and pepper.
– Drain the water  from the tuna and add to the mayonnaise mixture. Stir through well to break up the big tuna chunks.

– Add some chopped chives and a splash of lemon juice. Stir though.

Serve on knäckebröd, crackers, toast or fill a wrap/burrito with it!
